Site Manager - Roles in Scotland and Eastern Europe (FMCG or Process Plant Experience) £250 - £300 per day, 3 Month Contract, Start April Through winning several high value contracts with a number of global businesses in the UK and overseas in Asia, Africa and Eastern Europe, this industry renowned supplier of process plant systems has seen a major upturn in work and urgently requires an experienced Site Manager from an FMCG or process environment. With projects expected to run for up to 18 months, now is an exciting time for an experienced Site Manager to secure a long term contract with a major growing business, so email your CV now to be in with a chance of success. The successful design draughtsman will possess the following key skills: • An engineering background - either mechanical or electrical. • Experience with site management on a busy operational site. • Knowledge of health and safety, risk assessments and overseeing contractors. • Backgrounds in an FMCG or process plant environment could include food, beverage, pharmaceutical, health and beauty, cosmetics, brewing. water and waste water. The role will involve: • Working on a Brownfield site - modifications to an existing food facility. • Managing sub-contractors on site. • Risk assessments and overseeing health and safety. • Overseeing installation and commissioning phase. • Working on a food process plant so need to be aware of hygiene reasons e.g. where pipes should be stored, etc. The client will offer the successful design draughtsman the following: • A long term contract with opportunities for extensions. • £250 - £300 per day. Potentially more for exceptional candidates. • The opportunity to secure a long term contract with a business experiencing rapid growth and investment.
